Perfect for fishing, hunting, hiking or just enjoying the view. Great for work crews with room to park a utility trailer. 16 miles from SIU.

Shady Rest “on blue pond” with hot tub

The tranquil sound of the water fountain sets the mood for Shady Rest. (removed during winter) Unwind in the therapeutic hot tub. (open all year long) Watch the 12 ft. windmill twirl as it catches the wind. Resident ducks will provide fun entertainment. End the day with a night fire around the fire pit. No matter what the season, Shady Rest “on blue pond” is sure to create an unforgettable experience. Property not suited for small children due to deep pond next to the Airbnb. No pets allowed

Spillway Cabin’s (Brand new!) West Cabin

The Spillway Cabins are new construction with new everything! Our little slice of heaven is yours to explore and enjoy. Each cabin(west and east) have 2 br/2bth, hot tub, gas grill, Starlink internet, large flatscreen TV’s, fully stocked kitchen, and fire pits! From the south side of the cabins you will find a pathway that will take you through our 7 acres of woods and down to a lakeside pergola that has comfortable outdoor furniture, a bar, and view of our beloved Centralia Lake and spillway.

Bald Knob Cabin

Located in heart of Shawnee National Forest, Bald Knob Wilderness and River To River Trail , is a former orchard turned cozy hiker/biker haven. Just 2 miles down the road from Bald Knob Cross of Peace. This studio style cabin was recently renovated and has a fully functioning kitchen. Bald Knob Cabin is the ideal location to unplug and put your feet up after a long day hiking trails or traveling the Shawnee Wine Trail that flows through the cozy, inviting town of Alto Pass. No WIFI or TV!

Tiny Cottage of Whittington

This cozy tiny home is located a little over one mile off of Interstate 57 and within two miles of Rend Lake. Whether traveling through and needing an easy one night stay or a weekend getaway, this is the place for you. Located in the quiet village of Whittington, the property has great access to the area while providing a peaceful stay on the edge of the country. Our property has multiple rental buildings, but there is plenty of parking space for anyone traveling with a pickup and trailer.

Turtle Cove

Located on beautiful Lake Centralia, Turtle Cove offers a relaxing lakefront experience, perfect for a couple's getaway or hosting families. If you need a quiet stay nestled in nature or fun on the water, you can’t go wrong with Turtle Cove! *Over 2 guests, we require an additional $12/person per night. **Dogs -flat $50 fee. We kindly ask for pets to stay off furniture / beds & dispose of dog waste from yard. Failure to do so will result in additional cleaning fee. ***No parties allowed.

LilyPad-pondside cabin, kayaks, trail, country

Great for a couple, an outdoorsman, or travelers! This cabin is located on our 20 acre property, less than 10 minutes from Rend Lake, I57 access, and public hunting land and within 1 hour of the Shawnee National Forest. Includes use of kayaks, fishing poles for the catch & release pond, and a walking trail. Bow target use available upon request. Gas grill, firepit and firewood. PLEASE NOTE: its a 12x20 studio cabin with 1 full bed and 1 twin sized foam couch sleeper. We don't allow pets.

Barefoot Beach House

This lakefront home is centrally located in Southern Illinois on Lake Centralia. This home has approx. 2300sqft with 3 bedrooms 2 full baths, great room w/ tongue & groove cathedral ceilings providing beautiful lake views. The spacious kitchen has a large island w/ solid surface countertops & bar area. Tucked away in cove is the private beach area with dock perfect for fishing or rafting. You will love the relaxing feel of lake living! We have internet TV options but no DISH or Direct TV.

Mr. Haney's Place

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Airbnb Super Host "Mr. Haney's Place". We are only 5.1 miles from the magnificent historic Cedarhurst Center for the Arts and 18 miles from the beautiful Rend Lake. Our property has been made with the conveniences of being ADA accessible. A one level home with a step in shower and newly added ramp for easier entry. We do also offer fishing from our gazebo on our large pond. The home includes utensils you may need to make a meal.

Old Colorado Glamping Dome is nestled deep into the woods surrounded by beautiful tall pines. It is heated and cooled and has all the necessities as a typical house. We also packed as many amenities as we could into this property including an oversized 6-Person hot tub, 500 MBPS fiber internet, outdoor tv, fire pit table, Weber grill, hammock swings, custom bathroom with rainfall shower, full kitchen, coffee bar, king & queen sized beds, bean bag toss, board games and much more!

"Quiet And Secluded Country Setting" BIG OAKS

We have a 2000 sq. ft. home located on 3 acres in a very country setting. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, master bed room has queen size bed, second bedroom has full size bed and third bedroom has 2 twin beds. Large master bath with large soaking tub and shower. Spacious kitchen is set up to cook if you like, . The back porch over looks the woods and fields with lots of deer siting. Our location is very quit and peaceful. also there is a garage you have access to.

Quiet Country Get a Way

Located conveniently along Route 15 just east of Mt Vernon, Illinois, this split level 3 bedroom, 2 bath house is roomy enough to make the whole family comfortable for a night or an extended weekend! Two living rooms give plenty of space for everyone for visiting. The HUGE back yard is totally private and absolutely beautiful! Bring your tents if some want to camp out in the park like back yard. Enjoy the peaceful view of the pond and watch for deer!
