House is close to the Florida and Georgia just minutes from Jacksonville, Hilliard, Folkston, Brunswick, Jekyll Island, St Simons Island, St Marys, and Cumberland Island. The river runs between Florida and Georgia just a swim or paddle boat away. Boat ramps are in the area like Temple Landing and Kings Ferry just minutes away. Warp around porch over looking the River. Downstairs entertainment area offers shade.
