Walk out to the back deck and experience some of the best views of Waterbury including Fireworks from the back deck (July). Wi-Fi/cable, central AC/hot air, washer/dryer, and patio furniture/grill (seasonal) are included with the stay. Plenty of entertainment (board games, corn hole, foosball, air hockey) are provided. This house is truly relaxing and will feel like home.

Bright and private, this 2nd-floor apartment has everything you need! Features a full kitchen, laundry, and easy highway access. Located on a quiet cul-de-sac near great local bars and restaurants. Enjoy Wi-Fi, Netflix, Prime, and Hulu. Dedicated parking is behind the left garage. FYI: I occasionally host card games in the garage below until 11:30 PM, but my guests won't use the driveway. Plus, feel free to use the grill and small patio behind the garage! A cozy, homey retreat for your stay.

Back for our second season in 2026. Located at the edge of our woodland, this 200-year-old former barn has recently been completely renovated. It provides a quiet, cozy, bright, private STUDIO space ideal for a single visitor or couple. The property offers a full bathroom, a kitchenette, and central air/heat. A small private seating area catches the mid-morning sun outside the main entrance. Come and enjoy the local area's beautiful scenery, hikes, antique trail, & great restaurants.

Relax with family and friends at this breathtaking lake front home. Peaceful setting with beautiful views of Swan Lake. Updated bedrooms, completely renovated bathrooms and all new kitchen appliances. A kayak and paddleboard await your next adventure. A brand new dock was installed for boating, fishing and swimming right from our backyard. Just a few minutes from the town center grocery store, restaurants, amusement parks, skiing and more.
