A well-located ground floor 55 m² apartment with a private entrance. The spacey living room, with an integrated kitchen, has a sofa bed (140x200 cm) and the bedroom a king-size bed (180x200 cm). There is a bathroom/shower and a separate laundry room. The apartment is optimal for 2 people or a family of 4, but 4 adults can easily stay there if using the sofa bed. There is a 30 min. walk to downtown Reykjavik, 7 min. to Perlan, 14 min. to Kringlan Mall, and 18 min. to Nauthólsvík geothermal beach.

Our guesthouse has private access and located just outside central Reykjavík, in a very popular residential neighborhood, charming Vesturbærinn (west side). 20 minutes walk downtown. Attractions in Vesturbærinn include the local favorite swimming pool, Vesturbæjarlaugin, the local gourmet supermarket, Melabúðin. Local café and wine bar, Kaffi vest. The outdoors is also nice, with the southern shore of Reykjavík, Ægisíðan just down the street, where you can take beautiful walks along the coast.

Located in a residential are, next to Reykjavik's largest outdoor pool, this apartment is an affordable option if you are mainly looking for a place to rest after a day of sightseeing, but want your own space. It is a pretty basic basement apartment, but it is clean and there is easy access to busses that take you downtown within minutes. You can even walk, as it only takes around 20 minutes to walk downtown.

Kópavogur buss terminar in Hamraborg is in 10 min. walk distance from our house. We are located 7 km. from downtown Reykjavik.
