Welcome to our cozy and stylish apartment in a charming historic wooden building by Kreutzwald Park and Lake Tamula. Surrounded by beautiful nature and a lovely beach you can enjoy year-round—whether it’s swimming and sunbathing in summer or skiing in nearby trails during winter. The apartment is located in a quiet part of the old town, with shops, cafés, and all essentials just a pleasant 10-minute walk away. Here you’ll find the perfect balance of natural beauty and everyday convenience.

Nedsaja Metsamaja ja saun

In the middle of beautiful pine forests there is a tiny house, an old farmplace. It has all the amenities you need for a peaceful retreat – silence, solitude, beautiful nature, a warm fireplace, sauna and starry nights. You can enjoy real Estonian farmlife - bring water from the well, make food on a woodheated stove and heat the sauna. And most importantly – work and worries can’t reach you here! There is no internet and the limited electricity is powered by the sun. Come and enjoy peace!

Imelise vaatega parvsaun Lämmijärvel

Naudi lõõgastavat puhkust Värska Lahel, kust avaneb kaunis vaade Lämmijärvele! Värska Sanatooriumi rannas asuv parvsaun pakub mõnusat saunaelamust koos ööbimisvõimalusega kohe veekogu ääres. Ranna lähedal grilliplats, kus saab mugavalt einestada. Vaba aja sisustamiseks on võimalik mängida discgolfi ja võrkpalli, laste rõõmuks on mänguväljak. Rannas tegutseb kohvik, kust saab rentida SUP-laudu, vesijalgrattaid ja aerupaate. Läheduses võimalik laenutada jalgrattaid ja discgolfi kettaid.

Tere tulemast paika, kus aeg peatub ja iga detail on loodud selleks, et tunneksid end hoituna, rahuliku ja inspireerituna. See korter pole lihtsalt ööbimiskoht - see on pehme varjupaik järve ääres, kus loodus kohtub hubasuse ja vaikusega. Ärgates võid avada kardinad ja imetleda lummavaid vaateid Tamula järvele ning rahulikule pargile, kus hommikuti tervitavad sind linnulaul ja puude sahin. Elutoa suurest aknast avaneb elav pilt järvest ja loodusest, mis vaheldub iga päev, iga hetk.

A retreat cabin, which is perfect for finding your inner calm and joy (ideal place for meditation, prayer, contemplation...) and connecting with the nature :) [[NB! To maintain the harmonious atmosphere, excess use of alcohol is forbidden in our property, also this is not a place for loud music and parties!]]

ODYL Holiday House with Sauna and Seasonal Hot-tub

IMPORTANT for visitors from 2nd November - 31st March: UNFORTUNATELY WE CANNOT USE THE HOT-TUB DURING THE WINTER AND ONLY THE SAUNA IS AVAILABLE. We will open the hot-tub again from 1st April 2026. The house is located in and incredibly beautiful place, in the middle of the forests, next to a private pond and Võhandu river. Everything you see on the photos (inc. the hot-tub, the sauna, gas grill, paddle boards and a canoe) is for you to use and included in the price.

Külaliskorter (2-toaline) asub Eesti Rahva Muuseumi (ERM) kõrval, uhiuue kortermaja neljandal korrusel. Autoga tulijatele on tasuta parklakoht maja ees. Majas on lift. Ümberringi puhas Raadimõisa ajalooline park, loodus, puhas õhk, tagurpidi maja, ERM, jooksurajad, discgolf, jalgrattad, lumepark ja maja kõrval on lastele mänguväljak. Parim ööbimiskoht, mis asub kesklinnast 8min sõidu kaugusel. Raadimõisa sõbralik ja kodune külaliskorter ootab Teid Tartus!

Apartment is in a region where everything is in the walking distance - The old town of Tartu, Toome hill, Museum of town, Science Center AHHAA (kids just love it), V-spa spa. There are numerous places to eat in old town which is just 700m away and local bakery across the street. The apartment has fully equipped kitchen with everything you might need, coffee and tea icluded. City bicycle rental is around the corner.

My cozy, romantic apartment is located at the heart of Tartu, in the shore of river Emajõgi. All of the city sights, bars/cafes and restaurants are within a 5-10 minute walk. The energy saving house and was built in 2020. You have 60 m2 apartment in 2 foors with sauna and balcony. Kitchen and bedroom 1st floor and sauna with romantic relax room in the 2st floor . Apartment is in the 1st floor of the building.

Our cozy 40 m2 studio-guesthouse is on the 2nd floor with a beautiful view to the garden. It has kitchen area, a bathroom with shower, balcony and free parking. Large sofa opens up to accomodate a whole family! You'll find everything you need in the room. City center is 30 min walk away or you can take a bus. We also have 2 large friendly dogs but they are separated with a garden gate.

Welcome to our warm hometown – Tartu! To maximize your experience here we try to give our best to help you. The newly renovated apartment is in a historical wooden house yet very close to the old town (10 min). Everything you should need is just a walking distance away – bus station, grocery stores, shopping malls, restaurants, spas, cinema etc – all reachable in 5-10 minutes!
