The newly-builted 40m2 home is located in Marina Corricella, a pedestrian area easily reachable, 7mt from the sea. To reach the house, there are 2 sets of staircases for a total of 30 steps. The property is located on the works floor of a late 1700s building, served by a lift. The lift works with a coin machine and each ride costs 5 cents which will be provided to you by the owner.
