The Grain Store is a boutique studio style unit located on the western end of the Kangaroo Island Brewery production shed. A one bedroom studio with a queen bed, kitchenette, and a weber q on the deck. We are completely off-grid! A comfy sofa bed and heater for those cold nights. Great panoramic views of Nepean Bay and MacGillivray Hills. Walk to the KIB cellar door in 30 seconds! Our fully self-contained apartment is set in a peaceful neighbourhood, a short stroll down to the jetty, new boat ramp and famous long white beach. The apartment is on the ground floor of our newly built two storey home. You have private access with no stairs or steps, parking at the front door, a well-lit driveway and entrance, off-street parking for boats, free wifi and reverse cycle air conditioning. The private outdoor area and lounge overlooks our spacious garden with your own BBQ.

Saltwater Holiday House

Saltwater is a purpose-built holiday house located on 20 ha (50 acres) of bushland overlooking the tranquil waters of Pelican Lagoon. Completed in 2019, the house is light-filled and airy, with north-facing windows and deck capturing the winter sun and wonderful views of the lagoon and surrounding bush. The house is simply but tastefully decorated with bamboo flooring, comfortable furnishings and beds, a well equipped kitchen and spacious living area. The nearest neighbors are 1 km away.

Al-Pac-Em Inn, farm stay - Kangaroo Island

'Al-Pac-Em Inn' will bring you closer to nature and farm animals while you take time out to explore all the natural wonders and pristine beaches that Kangaroo Island has to offer. Conveniently located on the outskirts of Kingscote this modern 4 bedroom home has been exclusively designed for visitors to relax and feel at home. Providing complete comfort with reverse cycle air-conditioning, two bathrooms and a spacious entertaining and living area that leads out to the large deck.

The studio faces north overlooking Pelican Lagoon with views of the ocean all the way to American River and beyond to backstairs passage. You are secluded in amongst the Mallee trees overlooking the garden and onto the waters of a Marine Sanctuary. Quiet and peaceful, this comfortable light and cozy cabin is one room with a new kitchen and private bathroom. The views from the studio allow you to take in birds, sunrises and star filled night skies

3 BR Cottage in bush setting by sea

A spacious cottage with an exposed beam, cathedral ceiling living room, two queen downstairs bedrooms and an upstairs attic bedroom - set in a secluded, bush garden with grassy area - only 2 minutes to beach or walk along beach to town for good coffee. Please note, the garden is fully fenced and we do accept pets, however this does attract an additional fee of $40 per animal (regretfully, because of our many small birds, we do not accept cats).

Get away from it all without being too far from the essentials! Clearwater Haven is a fully self-contained holiday house next to a secluded, 7km sandy beach. It is situated on 107 acres of gorgeous countryside, including 30 acres of natural bushland with large gum trees and abundant native wildlife. Imagine gazing into the sunset from the deck while kangaroos and wallabies graze and an occasional echidna strolls by.
