A non-smoking/non-vaping property positioned on a beautiful corner lot, you will enjoy the country sounds and recently renovated accommodations. Centrally located off of Highway 15 North in Neshoba County you will enjoy unique restaurants and shops with a quick trip to Philadelphia, Noxapater, and Louisville. The property offers a newly renovated full-size kitchen, two bedrooms with one queen bed and one twin bed, new appliances, and new furnishings, including a new washer and dryer.

Charming and cozy ONE room efficiency. Perfect for one person or couple. Located in the historic district, close to downtown, where you will find great shopping and restaurants. Located on an established street with families. Very safe area. Afternoon walks are welcomed. Two other apartments occupied the home as well, the yellow door is just underneath. Parking is just right outside the door, no stairs. Stay with us and enjoy our town, our people and our Southern hospitality!
