Charming one bedroom apartment in a unique, family built home close to Nevada City (5 min drive to downtown). Rustic, simple, quaint & cozy. Because it's forested and in a cement house, wifi is not great here . There's A/C in the summer and a propane 'wood' stove for winter. Nearby walking trails. The apartment is located in the bottom of our house and has a separate entrance, kitchen, queen bed + bathroom. The property has a pond & patio. It's forested, secluded, and quiet.

Nevada City Getaway

Located in the heart of historic downtown Nevada City, this sunny getaway has a living room that overlooks the main street of town, one bedroom with a queen bed, a separate study with writing desk, a kitchen, dining area, and more. It is literally a step away from restaurants, shops, galleries, events, and the nightlife on Broad Street. It is an easy walk to the Deer Creek Tribute trail and suspension bridge. Not suitable for infants and children. No pets allowed.

Gorgeous industrial modern 1BR studio in heart of Nevada City Historical District, steps away from eclectic bars, award-winning restaurants, shops, and night life. This cozy beautiful studio apt is spacious and comfortable enough for a full months stay or a weekend away. Off street parking is private and free. We love DOGS so feel free to bring your pup.
