This suite is attached to our home but separated by a locked door. We are a short drive (5 min) from downtown, 8 min. to the airport, 35 - 40 min from several popular ski resorts. We are next to the Washoe Public Golf Course in one of the most beautiful, safe, and walkable neighborhoods in Reno. We offer EV charging upon request.

If you want to stay close to home your welcome to take a stroll on the walking trails behind the property. The accommodation is located in the upper part of the house, totally private and independent from the house, independent side entrance, all illuminated, you can park in front of the house on the street, it is a very quiet and central area, close from the freeway and 13 minutes from Las Vegas strip, everything is close, the main street (Tropicana ave) We are also 10 minutes from the airport.
