This 1920s character house has been modernised in 2019 conserving features of a classic home such as unique windows and good spaced rooms. Located at the edge of the "four avenues" where most of Christchurch city's entertaining and shopping is situated, you will be close to everything, in a walk distance. Or within 15 minutes drive you can reach surfing beaches or the Port Hills.

Off street parking also available. Around the corner is popular Pomeroy's bar and restaurant known for award winning craft beer. Next door is Little Poms cafe. Popular New Regent St has the tram with great choice of cafes and restaurants. Across the street is a community park. Margaret Mahey playground is at the end of the street.
