Our goal when we built and designed this house was to create a cozy & upscale spot to escape to in North Conway. With Echo lake only a 5 minute walk & multiple ski mountains only minutes away, our villa is the perfect jumping point for any season!

Feel right at home in our open-concept year-round vacation gem within the Chocorua Ski and Beach community half a mile from the Moore’s pond. The cabin is nestled in the woods providing privacy. It boosts a double-sided fire-place and hot tub perfect for the cooler nights, a wraparound deck, as well as an enclosed porch. Please note that it shares the hilltop with another building, "Edith's Bunkhouse" which may be rented separately or occupied by family. Pat's Cabin has its own separate parking, lawn/event space, decks, and fire pit.
