Hawks, cardinals, blue jays, bluebirds, gold finches and more are here year round. Great places to shop and eat or catch a show at one of New Haven’s renowned museums or broadway theatres or relax. We are sharing our "happy place". Cozy, family-friendly cottage has everything you need to enjoy a lovely vacation in a quintessential New England town. Ideally located between Guilford's famous green, gorgeous harbor and town beach, easily walk everywhere. High-season/weekend rate reflected in general view--check for actual. Recommended for groups of up to 4 (5 if with kids). Second bedroom (king) is open to living area-we provide a folding screen for door area and curtain for “passthrough”.

No matter which time of year you visit, you will appreciate the tranquility of the ocean and will feel completely relaxed during your stay.

Your private entrance accommodations include a finished, walk-out lower-level apartment (~730 sq ft) containing thoughtfully appointed bedrooms, living room, kitchen, and full bathroom. Experience solitude while enjoying the convenience to Rt 15, I-95, & Boston Post Rd destinations. And if you require assistance, we live right upstairs.
