Situated on a 3/4 acre lot in a safe, quiet neighborhood, the Barndominium is completely separate from the main house but close enough if you need anything. Also, I realize that paying those extra fees is annoying so I have waived the cleaning fee! Please note that the bathroom is on the ground floor while the bedroom is on the 2nd floor accessible by a set of stairs (no elevator).
