This rental is NOT suitable for toddlers or children under 12 due to the open balconies, railings and narrow spiral staircase to the loft.

Paddleboard on Potters Pond home of oyster beds, migratory birds and ospreys. Great hiking and biking too. The price includes an 8% lodging tax.
