Sunapee State beach is also within walking distance or just a short drive away. Offers large sandy beach. This rustic cottage is a perfect place to make memories with family and friends.

Get away from life at the treetop sanctuary! Follow the suspended path through the trees to your own little treetop oasis. This standalone space rests 30 feet above the forest floor. The space is perfect for reconnecting with nature. Amenities: Elec. WIFI, Compost toilet, Woodstove (I supply firewood), Fridge. Mount Sunapee is great for skiing or snowboarding in the winter with 66 trails and snowmaking. In the summer there is hiking, swimming, boating, biking and relaxing. The adventure park at the mountain has aerial sky rides, zip lines and other activities. The fall foliage is gorgeous too!
