Because it is right on the water it has a propane Cinderella Incinerator toilet and a propane on demand hot water system. The 3rd level can be used to accommodate children or extra guests. The top level is home to an amazing view. Nice place to sit and enjoy morning coffee or evening sunset. A peaceful Harbour view!
