Relax & take it easy at this newly remodeled and tranquil retreat. Enjoy the peace of being in the country right on a 17 acre pond stocked with bass, crappie, bluegill & catfish. Yet just 15 minutes from everything you could need. Fish all day, sleep in, create happy memories at the fire pit, enjoy the treehouse OR go out & explore the great many things to see & do in this area! This house is perfect for 2 couples but we will take up to 6 guests. Added fees for the 5th & 6th guests $25 pp/pn.

Plenty of privacy & quiet space. Our modern farmhouse styled space is sure to make your stay cozy and enjoyable. Come and relax with plenty of board games to play, your favorite series on Netflix or Prime to watch, or curl up on our outdoor swing bed and read a book. Enjoy the outdoors with full private access to the pool (open seasonally), an outdoor fire place, and a new hot tub and walking trails to enjoy the outdoors. We DO live onsite and may spend time behind the barn in our shops.

Elm Cozy Cottage downtown Historic Newnan

Elm Cozy Cottage is just that. The cottage is located in the quaint historic district of Elm St. It is walking distance from the historic square, minutes from shopping and dining and 7 minutes from Hwy 85 and COHCC. The home is nestled on a quiet street and enjoys a large fenced back yard equipped with a grill, and fire pit for entertaining. The home has spacious bedrooms, brand new washer and dryer and a corner office nook. The home accepts pets, but please be aware of our pet policy.

South Atlanta Stay

We welcome you to come and enjoy a stay in our sweet hideaway. A clean, efficient, and comfy place to relax. Just 8 mins from I-85, and just 30 mins from Atlanta International Airport. Close to great shopping: Ashley Park, Newnan. Cancer Treatment Center 10min Callaway Resort and Gardens 45 min Up to 2 guests permitted. No parties. No unregistered guests. No smoking or vaping permitted anywhere on the property as we live on a heavily wooded area. Thank you for understanding.

Two guest BR with queen bed upstairs, the master BR with a king bed has its own BA downstairs . The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals.

The Nest

The Nest is no-smoking and smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property. It is a peaceful getaway and great for a romantic weekend or quiet retreat. Canoes, kayaks, trails, and a fire pit are available plus the kitchen is stocked with everything you’ll need. Close to Serenbe, Newnan, and the Atlanta Airport. You’ll love my place because of the arty style, the peaceful vibe and the beautiful lake view. The cottage is on 34 private acres and directly behind the main lake house.

Our suite has a view of Lake Peachtree and is located in the heart of PTC. Our unit includes a queen bed, sofa bed (for groups of 3+), kitchenette, dining space and a full bathroom with a beautiful clawfoot tub. A great place to stay for business or pleasure. Family (baby/toddler/kid) Friendly. Explore nearby cart paths, walking trails and shopping that are all accessible 5 minutes or less by car/golf cart. Ask about renting our golf cart to really experience the charm of PTC!

Convenient to all the local amenities such as restaurants and shopping and an easy drive to Atlanta. (32 miles from the Atlanta Airport) Discounts available for monthly stays. Host lives in the neighborhood and will go above and beyond to make your stay a pleasant one. Pets are welcome for $150 per stay.

Open plan guesthouse offering seclusion just 10 minutes to downtown Newnan and 40 min to Atlanta airport. In view of the main house where hosts reside, this carriage house styled guest suite offers a king sized bed plus a trundle with two single beds for up to 4 people. Additional toddlers or infants may be accommodated upon request. Kitchen includes full sized oven and fridge. Cozy, private, surrounded in trees in a cul-desac neighborhood all on 7 acre lots.
