You will be in walking distance to downtown, the Wednesday Farmer's Market, Salve, Cliff Walk, Mansions, Easton's Beach, a grocery store, coffee shops, and a pharmacy. We are an owner-occupied multi-generational Newporter (+ 1 dog from Tennessee) home. LGBTQ+ friendly. We know the vegan spots if you need them. All are welcome!

Heart Stone House

This peaceful and centrally-located place is a sunny and spacious modern one-bedroom cottage located in the heart of historic Wakefield. We're minutes from many RI beaches. Stroll downhill to a lovely park on Saugatucket River, then cross the charming footbridge into town. Here you'll find a variety of restaurants, cafes, and ice cream, plus excellent community theater, yoga, and interesting shops. Relax inside this light-filled home or sit out on the deck overlooking the gardens and town.

Cozy coastal tiny house getaway

Situated on Easton's Point, brand new ocean front tiny house looks across to Mansion Row with access to a rocky beach for lounging, swimming, or fishing. The property is close to downtown Newport & ideally located between three beaches. The cozy unit has a queen bed, full bath & kitchenette with coffee maker, fridge, and toaster oven. There is a small deck with ocean views, access to ocean front, outdoor shower and off street parking. We provide beach chairs, a beach umbrella and towels.

We are walking distance to Goddard State Park: with horseback riding, boating, beach, golf, biking, picnics, and trails to run & walk. We are midpoint to Providence, Newport, and Narragansett. Many great restaurants & pubs are within 5 miles or less. We are close to public transportation, kayaking, and nightlife. You’ll love our place because of its' privacy, beautiful natural surroundings, lots of amenities, and the peaceful ambiance. Only 10 minutes from the State Greene Airport.

My place is: -less than a 5 min walk to First beach -15 min walk to Second beach. -1 mile walk/drive to the start of the cliff walk. -2 miles to downtown Newport. You’ll love my place because of the: -Two Primary Suites -Open concept living -Huge outdoor entertaining area -Super close to beaches, cliff walk and a quick drive to downtown. . -Brand new construction. Welcome to Merhalla! Located minutes to downtown Newport and Broadway, 1.6 miles to the Naval War College. Everything you need for your Island vacation is within 2 miles! You will have a 1,000 sq ft open floor plan apt decorated with original, local art. The open concept layout has a private bedroom with an additional open air suite. 3 beds = 1 queen and 2 twins for your group. ONLY a $10 cleaning fee from us! Our spot is PERFECT for attending summer weddings, especially at Newport Vineyards or Glen Manor! Avoid overpriced hotels and come get cozy at K & K's place. Enjoy walks on the BEST beaches (2nd & 3rd, avoiding red seaweed 1st beach). Find some peace and quiet amidst our serene setting, but just a stones throw from bustling Newport (avoid that congestion and the parking nightmare!)

Jazzfest Loft-2000sq ft, walkable, park free

Your whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this enormous centrally located loft. On our block we have the best coffee bar in Newport, three of the best local pubs, artisanal groceries, tacos, soft serve, convenience stores, liquor store and fantastic breakfast restaurants. The Thames St. And Brick Market Shopping areas are a 10 minute walk as are the wharves where you can catch a sunset cruise or grab a waterside cocktail or two.

Quiet neighborhood walking/ biking distance to shops, bars and restaurants.
