The Urban Tea House was an active apothecary and metaphysical shop for a quarter of century. In 2024 7th St. Gifts graduated to wholesale & expanded our hospitality business. Semi-Accessible first floor of a historic house in Newport Business District with one bathroom and full kitchen, free parking, room for up to 3 in a safe, walkable neighborhood. Guests will enjoy soaps, teas, coffee, candles, and jellies that property owner has made herself and sold in the local market for over 25 years.

The House on Lake (sic) street, is a delightful lodging in historic Bellevue Kentucky. Featuring a large one bedroom, second floor apartment completely furnished. You are a short walk to dining, entertainment, sporting events, shopping, and attractions on both sides of the majestic Ohio River. Easy access to public transportation and bicycle sharing.

Just about 10 minutes from Dwtn Cincinnati, it’s perfectly situated near top spots like Newport Aquarium, the Zoo, Findlay Market, Great American Ball Park and more. Recently renovated, it’s designed for comfort and stocked with all essentials. Great shopping and dining are nearby, and there’s ample parking in back.
