The sizable bedroom has a comfy queen bed and a large walk-in closet. A twin size daybed is in the family room. A pack-n-play is available. Enjoy the pool/ping-pong table and TV. For your security we have a trail camera at the beginning of the driveway that won’t intrude on your privacy.

You will notice the soaring ceilings and the gleaming hardwood floors once you step inside my loft. Situated next to the Strand Movie Theatre, you'll be within walking distance of Grinnell College, Grin-City Bakery, grocery stores and many restaurants.

Access to 24/7 community fitness center.

This is our Premier loft which has two queen beds, a futon and a comfy leather couch.
