Posizione ideale per chi vuole visitare Venezia. In zona tranquilla, di fronte alla fermata del bus o a 1 minuto in auto dal parcheggio gratuito dalla fermata del treno che in 20 minuti porta in centro storico ( treno diretto, 2 fermate). Ingresso indipendente, pano terra. Con piccolo giardino. Zona giorno, camera, bagno. La camera ha un letto matrimoniale a baldacchino del quale abbiamo eliminato ogni cigolio e un divano, più un lettino di 130 cm su richiesta. Parliamo inglese e portoghese.

Una cameretta con un letto a castello; un bagno al primo piano. Al piano terra cè la cucina, una camera matrimoniale, un bagno e la lavanderia. ll giardino è grande attrezzato per bambini, nel periodo estivo si può usufruire del gazebo per pranzare all' aperto. Grande parcheggio all'interno della proprietà;
