The Flint Shed is a unique private, eclectic space for 2 with Super King Sized Bed, double ended Free Standing Bath, Rain Shower and his and hers sinks as well as courtyard set in the grounds of a handsome Georgian house. Fully equipped Kitchen Diner, separate Lounge area and Netflix & Sky and board games. Located in the Norfolk Broads village of Stumpshaw with 2 pubs within 5 mins walk & close to Norwich. Perfectly positioned for the city, countryside & beaches. Private entrance and parking.

A Room In The Park

A truly special hideaway in a unique location within the walls of Holkham Park. The characterful, timber barn dates from 1880 and has been sympathetically renovated to provide a spacious, stylish and comfortable studio room with en suite shower, wood burning stove and garden. Within easy waking distance of Holkham Village, beach and NNR and the picturesque town of Wells-next-the-Sea. Continental style breakfast included. 3 night min stay July and August. 2 night minimum at all other times.

THE BARN ANNEXE: COUNTRYSIDE YET CLOSE TO BEACHES.

The Annexe is situated just off the road down a country track in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and is a newly renovated space within our barn conversion. It is located in a rural part of North Norfolk and although surrounded by countryside, it is also only a short distance to many beautiful beaches, making it the perfect escape. The village centre has a bus stop and a welcoming pub, both are within walking distance (a tranquil 15-20 minute walk). There are also train links nearby too.

Peaceful Rural North Norfolk Staycation at the Old Laundry

The Old Laundry is surrounded by paddocks and historic parkland at edge of a village with two pubs, a shop and café. Pad barefoot across earthen tiles with underfloor heating. Modern insulation and a chic wood-burning Morso stove add to the cosy interior of this renovated cottage with doors overlooking the terrace and old farm buildings beyond. The Old Stables

One of 2 two well-appointed single story converted barns with shared courtyard. Each has 2 good sized double bedrooms, shower room, open plan kitchen/lounge/dinner. We are situated 1/2 mile from Shipdham airfield, 8 miles from Watton, 7 miles from Dereham & 4 miles from the pretty market town of Hingham. There is ample parking including space for larger vehicles. We welcome well behaved dogs and and even your horse - please contact us to add your dog at an extra cost of £5 each per night.

Homefield Barn Annexe - 2 miles from the sea

Stunning appartment as part of barn conversion in quiet, rural location, just 2 miles from the sea with a village pub within easy walking distance. Very comfortably furnished with under-floor heating, large shower, kitchen/living room, free wifi & off-road parking. Lovely countryside walks and cycle routes on our doorstep and 2 awarding winning pubs/restaurants less than 3.5 miles away. Unfortunately, the accommodation is not suitable for children or babies and we do not accept pets.

The Barn at The Old Ale House, pet friendly.

The Barn at The Old Ale House is completely separate from the main house, newly converted to accommodate just two people, with a mezzanine bedroom, open plan kitchen sitting room, and a modern shower room. The Barn has underfloor heating throughout, and private parking to the front along with a small private garden. Lyng is situated in the Wensum Valley close to a host of amenities riding stables,golf, fishing, the coast is within easy reach as is Norwich Dereham and Fakenham.

Welcome to Thatch Cottage; once home to 17th century Norfolk farm labourers and now a luxurious holiday hideaway. This beautiful detached house in the heart of the Broads National Park provides luxurious self-catering accommodation in an idyllic hamlet. You access the room directly from outside, so you can come & go to suit, your own private entrance

Whether you want to relax by the woodburner whilst soaking up the views, take long walks whilst enjoying the wildlife, cycle,canoe or fish, Wortwell is the perfect location being on the South Norfolk/Suffolk border. We provide fresh ground coffee from Strangers coffee house.
