It is perfect for a family or two couples, with(out) a child. Located in the very city center, the apartment is a part of a historical 19th-century building, completely renovated and adapted to the needs of the modern lifestyle, still keeping the original stone-tile facade. The apartment includes a very nice private courtyard - ideal for reading, relaxing and eating. It has two bedrooms, a toilet with a shower, a spacious living room with a fully equipped kitchenette (microwave, fridge, dishwasher and all cutlery and serving sets, that you might need). In the apartment, you also have a washing/drying machine, high-speed Wi-Fi, TV, AC and a Bluetooth speaker. Our guests are kindly invited to enjoy all the areas of the apartment, including the private courtyard, kitchen, and laundry-closet. Our biggest pleasure is when we see that our guests wish to come back, we always try to support with local tips on the best places and walks in the city. Metro do Porto, covers the entire city, and connects to the airport. The central station of Trindade is far from the apartment 350 meters. There is lift from the first floor. It is a large apartment with 58m2 and two large windows in the living room forward where there is sun all afternoon. It is equipped with everything you could wish for. The bedroom has a large double bed with 1.60m x 2.00m, and has a closet to store your things. The bathroom is complete with towels and a hairdryer. In the living room you have a table if you dine so you can dine or work if that is the case. There is a kitchen equipped with all appliances and utensils to use. The sofa makes a double bed by 1.35m x 1.90m. Where you can also relax watching TV. Guests have private access to the entire apartment. There is free and unlimited internet connection.
