The holiday house "Spiti Limnos" is located about 250 meters from the nice beach of Limnos, on the most beautiful and wildest coast of the island. 1st floor: 2 bedrooms ( 1 double bed and 1 single in each), kitchen, living-dining room, bathroom and a large terrace. Ground floor: 2 shower-rooms / WC, 1 bedroom with a double bed, 1 bedroom with a double bed with a mezzanine floor (on which there are 2 sleepings for kid) and a bedroom with 3 single beds. Basement: washing machine. Bed linen inclu.

We are based only 300m from the port of Karlovasi, near to the famous beaches of Mikro & Megalo Seitani, Potami beach and waterfalls.

Luxurious traditional stone house in South Chios

Traditional house in Patrika one of the medieval villages of south chios specialy constructed for the collection of the mastic.Dating back to medieval times, fully renovated in 2018 with respect to the traditional architecture. Special attention was given to the decoration, to the luxury and the comfort. Built in two levels, it contains 2 spacious bedrooms, a kitchen, a bathroom, an attic with double bed, a terrace with view to the sea and the mountains, and a balcony to the village square.

Small, cosy house in Mytilene's historic center

This newly renovated 2-floor house with double glazing and air conditioning is ideally located in the pedestrian historic center of Mytilene, with its cafés, taverns, stores, car rental agencies...and near the Mytilene Agora. Good bus service and ferry terminal, public parking and public beach are easily accessible on foot. Ground floor: kitchen with a dining table and a couch. First floor: bedroom with a double bed, a tiny bathroom with shower and toilet. About 30 square meters

Tinos-isternia (Blue Dream)

Welcome to our beautiful Cycladic house with 120 sq.m. which consists of two independent studios. One studio can accommodate up to 3 guests and the other up to 4-5 guests. Both studios offer an amazing view and have functional kitchens, as well as their own courtyard. There is also a private outdoor swimming pool with dimensions of 4.20 m by 2 m and a view of the Aegean Sea. The apartments are located just a 5-minut walk to the beach and local restaurants, like the famous Thalassaki.

Για το λόγο αυτό εσωτερικά έχει τη μορφή καστροχωρίου, κτισμένο επί Γενουατικής περιόδου. Το οίκημα στο οποίο σας καλούμαι να διαμείνεται ευρίσκεται στο κέντρο του χωριού, μέσα σε γραφικά δρομάκια. Ο οικισμός με λίγους κατοίκους προσφέρει λόγω περίοπτης θέσης όπου ευρίσκεται την ευκαιρεία να γνωρίσεται πολλά άλλα μέρη πλησίον.

Τraditional tower at Ikaria

The tower is a 2 level apartment at 'Pyrgos traditional village', above the museum of ikaria. Pyrgos traditional village is a complex of 8 traditional buildings at the top of Agios Kirikos, a traditional small village with a common pool only for guests, a small reception, breakfast area, parking, common verandas and yards and natural vegetation. The tower has a small kitchen and two sofa-beds at the main floor and one main bedroom with a bathroom with shower at the top floor.

Είναι ανακαινισμένο με σεβασμό στην παραδοσιακή αρχιτεκτονική και πλήρως εξοπλισμένο για άνετη και χαρούμενη διαμονή. Το παραδοσιακό αυτό χωριό της μαστίχας απέχει 25χλμ από το αεροδρόμιο και το λιμάνι. Η γνωστή παραλία της Κώμης είναι 5' με το αμάξι από το σπίτι (3χλμ) και 10΄ η παραλία Μαύρα βόλια και το μουσείο μαστίχας.
