From the moment you step through the doorway, you feel at home, as if you have always lived in a cottage by the sea. The gentle smell of salt air and the cozy interior inspire you to embrace the care-free island life. Slow down, cook a great meal, walk to the beach, drink a beer. This is living on Tybee time! This beach cottage is great for a small family or a group of friends. Sleeps up to 6 in 2 big bedrooms, each with a comfortable king bed. There is a full-size sofa bed in the living room.

We love this condo. It’s been recently upgraded and renovated. Amazing view of the beach and ocean. This condo offers private beach access, two great pools and covered parking. Ask about our golf cart rental. Cant be much closer to beach! Less than 5 min casual walk to ocean. This is a third floor condo with no elevator. The view is absolutely amazing but you have to walk up 3 floors of stairs to access. This is a top floor condo so no one is above you. Ask about our golf cart rental!

This is one of the few Single Family Homes in the Community and boasts 2170 square feet featuring 2 huge wrap around porches, additional large separate deck and plenty of space to relax. Two private beach entrances are only steps away! We are only a few hundred yards from the famous Tybee Lighthouse, North Beach Grille, and all the amenities in the North Tybee area! We welcome guests with the booking person at least 25 years old or up.

This unit comes with a king size bed , pull out sofa, and all the amenities you will need for your stay. The pool and the beach are just steps from your front door.

We loved this condo at first site. The view is unbelievable, and it's been recently upgraded and renovated. Walk down the condo stairs and follow a sandy 5 min walk to the ocean. Condo has an unobstructed view of the beach and ocean. This condo offers private condo beach access, two great pools and free covered parking space. Cant get much closer to beach! Ask about our golf cart rental. This condo is on the third floor and no elevator. There are 46 steps however the view is amazing!

The 2022 restoration of the building included 6 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms, modern bowling lane with automatic ball return and pin setter in the middle of the rental space, white kitchen with Carrara marble counters, separate mini bar, in-unit laundry, a heated pool, private yard, there is also an on-site golf cart to rent.
