Parkeren is gratis op openbaar parkeerterrein achter de woning. Geen doorgaand verkeer aan de voorkant van de woning, rustige buurt.

Er kan tegen betaling worden geparkeerd bij de woning. Zwembad de Hoornse vaart ligt op 5 min loopafstand. Je kunt prachtige fiets of boot tochten maken in de omgeving

In Zandvoort is een groot zwembad "Aqua Mundo Center Parcs". Mooie steden in buurt van Zandvoort of op fiets/trein of rij-afstand: o.a.: Amsterdam, Haarlem, Alkmaar, Volendam. Pleasant and comfortable town house near Amsterdam

Comfortable townhouse nearby Amsterdam. The house has a spacious living room and two bedrooms. The house is suited for 3 guests. Towels and linen are provided. A well equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower. Shower gel is not provided. The kitchen is equipped with a four burner cooker, oven, a dishwasser, a Nespresso machine and several cooking and eating utensils. At the back of the house there is a small terrace with seating. Free Wi-fi and the use of the (smart) tv is available.

Egmond aan Zee - Nice house near beach and dunes!

Experience the charm of Holiday Home De Duinroos in Egmond aan Zee! Our cozy house for 1–3 guests is only 100 m from the beach, dunes and lighthouse, and 300 m from the lively center. After a sunny day by the sea, unwind on your private terrace with a book or a drink. In mid and high season we rent by the week, in low season at least 3 nights. Tourist rental only (no babies, no foreign workers/agencies). The person who makes the reservation must personally stay in the house.

Situated in a quite street, in a very good neighbourhood. By bike 5+ mins to trainstation, by train in 15 mins in Amsterdam. Note: we have a free parking solution, please ask for more details. Fully furnished apartment on the Prinsengracht

This studio apartement is situated in a 17th Century Canal house, on the Prinsengracht (one of the 3 major canals), right in the center of Amsterdam, within the UNESCO WORLD HERITAGE AREA. The Studio has its own private entrance along the canal, with canal view and a well equipped private kitchen, a large table and modern private bathroom. During the day you can sit outside on the bench in front of the apartment on the sunny side of the canal, nice to see people passing by.

Wij heten je graag van harte welkom in ons fijne zomerhuisje. Centraal gelegen vlakbij de duinen, het strand en het gezellige centrum van Egmond aan Zee. Via je eigen ingang kom je in de knusse woonkamer met 3 zitsbank met hocker, eettafel met 4 stoelen, keuken en de badkamer. Boven is er een slaapruimte met wastafel, tweepersoonsbed (140 x 200) en een eenpersoonsbed (80 x 200). Ons huisje heeft een eigen terras met tafel en 4 stoelen en is voorzien van een zonnescherm.

We do not accept groups with an average age under 35. Please note: by municipal law, the maximum occupancy is 4 guests, including infants. Our home offers 4 double bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and a spacious open-plan kitchen, dining and living area with double doors opening onto the garden.

Huisje aan de Hoornse haven

Mooi huis in de historische binnenstad van Hoorn, direct aan de haven en in de buurt van de winkelstraten, diverse terrassen en restaurants. Het station is op 15 minuten loopafstand en daardoor sta je in 45 minuten in Amsterdam. Ideale locatie dus! Het huis is deels gerenoveerd. Er is een ruime woonkamer, een gloednieuwe keuken met een mooie eettafel. Er zijn twee slaapkamers en je kunt gebruikmaken van een fijne tuin met vuurplaats.

Dit typische Nederlandse huis ligt in de spoorbuurt. De spoorbuurt is een gezellig buurt vlak bij het station, het is slechts 1 minuut lopen vanaf het spoor. Binnen 35 minuten bent u in Amsterdam. Ook ligt ons huis op 5 minuten loopafstand van het gezellige historische centrum. Op vrijdag is er de bekende oud Hollandse kaasmarkt. En natuurlijk het prachtige strand van Egmond aan zee en Bergen aan zee ligt op 15 minuten rijden.
