Cozy bungalow that lives bigger than it looks! Affordable luxury all at a terrific price! Fully private duplex has 2 stories and basement. We do allow dogs only, however I would like to know the breed & how many are staying. We do have some special "rules" for our furry friends! The neighborhood is walkable to restaurants, and very safe! Speedway boasts a low crime. The airport is close & downtown is closer! 465 is just 1.5 miles to access 465. Please no cats, or other type of pet.

There’s also a kitchenette in the hallway which is an antique Hoosier Cabinet equipped with a microwave, mini-fridge, coffee pot, and hot water pot.

Come stay in our 1912 farmhouse/guesthouse, attached to another home. located 2 blocks from Butler University, & Hinkle Fieldhouse. Stay while visiting the university, city, friends, sports, or entertainment. The home has been lovingly cared for & decorated with art and antiques. Enjoy relaxing on the front porch with rocking chairs and a swing. We have 2 smart TVs, & a PS5 for use, if you'd like. It's cozy, comfortable, & feels like home.
