Group gatherings are a breeze at Kauri Hill Estate, but when you'd like to sneak away with that special someone, that's when you'll truly appreciate the 2 separate houses. The kids will love watching movies and hanging out in the smaller lounges while the adults turn up the sound system in the main room. When the party inevitably moves to the terrace, fire up the grill and turn it into a barbeque. Catch the big game on satellite television, and invite some friends, there's parking for 7 and a helipad.
