Just 10 minutes north of Interstate 90 and 1/2 mile from Lake Erie this home is located on a high bank overlooking Crooked Creek, one of this areas popular steelhead fishing streams and is just minutes from The Bluffs State Park and Elk Creek. For bicycle enthusiasts, ½ mile off the Seaway Bicycle Trail. This one story house is has a full kitchen, linens provided. Parking includes area to park a boat trailer.

Walk across the road to Elk Creek and find yourself on prime steelhead water. Explore the array of local businesses - a variety of farmer's markets, antique shops, breweries, restaurants - many less than a 10 minute drive. At the end of the day, kick back next to the fire pit or enjoy the hut tub while taking in the stars. You won't want to leave!

The Little House on Sanford

Our guest house is next door to our home and farm. A one-story, 2 bedroom with a newly remodeled bathroom and cottage style amenities is simple but includes some more modern touches for entertainment a comfort. Trails through the field and woods are available during the Summer and hunting off-season. Pets are welcome but must be leashed at all times when outdoors. This area gets a significant amount of snow during the Winter but is right off the highway and a straightforward drive to Lake Erie.

Welcome to our newly renovated, spacious home - perfect for families, small groups, or a romantic getaway. This home features 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms. There is a large deck and fire pit out back, or two gliders on the front porch if you just want to relax. It is a short walk to downtown Girard and some of the best steelhead fishing in the country is nearby. Pets are a welcomed guest. There will be an extra charge of $30 per pet per night that is paid separately.
