Our villa is an oasis of relaxation and activities located only 90 minutes from Chicago. You can spend time in the jacuzzi, stop by the small city nearby, or relax in the nearby indoor water park. This stylish condo located in downtown Utica is the perfect space for group trips or families. Layout includes 2 living rooms, 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, laundry room, and a fully stocked kitchen. Sleeping arrangements include a king bed in the master with its own private bath. The 2nd bedroom includes 2 queen beds. 3rd bedroom has 1 queen bed and a twin cot. The upstairs living room has a pullout sofa with a queen mattress. The kitchen has all the appliances needed to cook during your stay.
