Hillside Apartment with Lake View Terrace

Breathe the fresh mountain air from this secluded escape. The flat boasts beamed wood ceilings, an all-white interior with touches of color, unique artwork throughout, and an outdoor lounge space with panoramic views. The apartment is in the old village of Castello surrounded by the olives trees, it is really charming. The old village of Castello is totally pedestrian that's why the parking place is not under the apartment, but it is 350 meter from the apartment. The house is totally renovated in 2017, it has all the comfort: Tv Sat, air co, wifi, a comfortable kitchen and a wide terrace that you are gonna love. Most of the forniture are made in italy and they makes the apartment very cozy. The house has a bedroom with a king size bed with a window with a beautifull view over the lake. In the living room there is a comfortable sofa bed suitable for two people! And of course you will have access to the terrace that has a beautiful view on the lake At your disposal there is also an equipped kitchen with a direct access to the terrace :) The bathroom is big and the shower spacious As the house is in a pedestrian area the parking place is not under the house, it is more or less 150m from the house The house where is located this apartment is were our father grew up, and we are really attached to this house! As it was many years that it was uninhabited it was falling down so we decided to renovate all the house and get 4 gorgeous apartments and we are really proud to give a second chance to this house :) All the apartments are rented for tourism and we are really happy to share the place we love with you, just take care of it :) The entrance to the house is shared with other two apartments but of course you have a private entrance to your house We think we told you everything about the house, if you have any question we will be more than happy to give you all the information In spring and summer we are not able to be in Brenzone for the check-in because we work in the farmhouse of our family ( we are brother and sister ) where we produce our wine. we cannot be there for the check-in but if you want and you have time you can come to visit us in our vineyard. we will be really happy to meet you and to drink a glass of wine together :) For the checkin you'll meet there Betti a friend of us, she lives in the same house where is located the apartment, so for any reason she is always there at your disposal. Normally the checkin is between 15 and 19 but in case you have problem with the plane or just your plan, let us know so we can find a solution :) Unfortunately as we already sad, we can not be there for the check-in, and we are really sorry for that. But to let you know a bit of your host we prepared for you a little guide where you can find some information about us and some advice (restaurants activities ) that we want to recommend you. if you want we can send you this guide per mail so you can organize better your journey :) The apartment is located in the village of Castello di Brenzone, a typical little Italian village on the north side of the lake. The center of Castello and the shore are a short walk away. Try windsurfing, sailing, or mountain biking nearby. The closest bus stop is in the village of Porto ( 5 minute walk ) e from there through the street on the lake shore you can reach all the village on the lake. During summer with the bus you can reach also Verona. the bus line you can use are this: 164 - Verona - Peschiera - Garda 165 - Verona, Garda 483 - until 16 ottobre 2016 - Malcesine - Garda - Peschiera - S.Benedetto 484 - Riva - Malcesine - Garda you can check the time table on the tav site. Just to let you know during high season on the lake there's a lot of traffic so there could be a lot of delay. That's way we always suggest to travel with car if possible. The closer train station is Peschiera. As the house is located is a pedestrian area the Parking place is not under the house but is located more or less 150meter from house The house is located on the first floor of the house so there are some stairs The apartment is located in the village of Castello di Brenzone, a typical little Italian village on the north side of the lake. Just to let you know the road that bring you to the lake is very short but it is a bit steep. Try windsurfing, sailing, or mountain biking nearby.

This is a lovely and welcoming apartment with a patio in the center of Florence, 2 + 2 beds, and is newly renovated. It is located on the ground floor (no stairs) of a characteristic building in the district of Santa Croce, in the heart of the historic center. It was renovated by the owner, an architect with twenty years of experience, who wanted to preserve and enhance the features and characteristics typical of an ancient Florentine house: wooden beams, antique portico with stone column and brick arches. It consists of an entrance hall, a living room with dining area and relaxation area, a sofa bed, a sleeping area with a French double bed and separated by curtains, a private courtyard with a fountain, and a bathroom with a shower. The apartment gets great sunlight and is very quiet because it overlooks the private courtyard. It is warm in winter and cool in summer and equipped with every comfort: independent heating, air conditioning, free wifi internet access, books, magazines, tourist guides in Italian, English, French, German, and maps. Choose a book from a shelf and sink into a red armchair under a peaked ceiling. Striking timber beams and gleaming hardwood floors add warmth and character to this remodeled attic space. An inviting spiral staircase leads to a small landing with a view. The flat offers an elegant entrance hall with large double window overlooking the nearby canal. At upper floor: living room with top quality fully equipped kitchenette, 1 master bedroom with impressive view of Madonna dell’ Orto church front, a second double/twin bedroom, 1 spacious bathroom WC/bidet/ bath/shower, a second WC with hand basin. A decorative spiral staircase leads from the living room to a small roof balcony overlooking the picturesque canal in front of the house. The apartment is also provided with good reference books useful to plan and enjoy a stay in Venice. The Apartment is located on the quieter side of the truly Venetian Cannaregio District. The house is beside the magnificent Madonna dell' Orto Gothic church, containing cherished treasures including Tintoretto masterpieces. It is 15 minutes away from Rialto bridge. It is very easy and comfortable to reach by public transport either you arrive from Marco Polo airport or from the Train Station, with no bridge to cross with your luggage between the nearest waterbus stop and the apartment. A City stay tax of € 4,00 per day /per person ( € 2,00 for 10/16 children, excluding children up to 10) is due up to max 5 days.

The lodgings can host a maximum of 4 people, and has been renovated respecting its real core: you can still breathe the genuine atmosphere of Venetian houses inside these walls, with a touch of refinement and originality The house is located on the second floor of a small building which is just 20 meters from the famous Rialto Bridge and a few steps from the characteristic fish and fruit market: the real beating heart of the city. Restaurants, shops and the famous "bacari" (taverns) are located just below the house. The house is very bright and the comfortable and spacious living room will make you feel like living in a Venetian noble building . You can also watch the authentic life of the city that animates the below street from the small terrace of the bedroom. I will personally welcome my guests and, though living not close to the house, am always available for any of your needs. Located in the central area of San Polo which is full of Venice’s historic sights like Rialto Bridge, the Grand Canal, and the oldest church in the city, San Giacomo di Rialto. The area has a lively bar scene and interesting shops. You can easily reach the main tourist attractions from home. I suggest a romantic gondola tour and an evening walk through the narrow streets, far from crowd and noise. City tax is Euro 4.00 per person per night to be paid cash upon arrival
