Unique shed conversion with views to the Mourne mountains. A tranquil location situated on our 10 acre equestrian yard but close to Downpatrick and Crossgar with shops, eateries and pubs. The Cook's Quarters is part of Camus House, built in 1685 on the site of Saint Comgall's Monastery, over looking the famous "Ford of Camus" on the River Bann. The area is surrounded by stunning hill and river views. The site is within a short drive of the North Coast. The accommodation is within the grounds of a grade B listed family home. Located near multiple golf courses such as Royal Portrush, and many tourist attractions such as Giants Causeway and Dunluce castle. 1 hr drive from Belfast.

Situated beside the village of Blackwatertown on the border between counties Tyrone and Armagh. Tullydowey Gate Lodge is a Grade B1 listed property built in 1793. Restoration of the gate lodge was completed in 2019 and undertaken with the utmost regard for the history of the building with many of the existing 18th century features sympathetically maintained whilst providing the comforts of 21st century living in a traditional country cottage style turning it once again into a real eye catcher.

The Hen House is a quirky, corrugated Tiny House retreat with a comfy double bedroom, kitchen and cooking facilities, a private hot tub, and daylight-attracting gallery windows that showcase the Sperrin Mountains to absolute perfection! Spend the evening taking in the views whilst relaxing in front of the Danish Morso stove or enjoy the communal Gin Tin facilities with BBQ. The Hen house is at the rear of Bancran School our family home and in a quiet area.
