BED & BATH Located on the ground floor, this single-level condo sleeps up to four guests between a bedroom and a queen sofa bed in the living area. The bedroom is furnished with a plush king bed and a 42” smart TV with Roku. The en-suite bathroom is appointed with a tub/shower combination. EXTRA AMENITIES & MORE DETAILS Complimentary Wi-Fi, local TV channels through satellite, Roku streaming, firewood, coffee, and a shared on-site laundry facility with an ice maker (free of charge) are provided. Unassigned parking is available for one vehicle in the on-site parking area (which also includes an accessible parking spot). There are two charging stations for electric vehicles (one universal station and one Tesla station) in the parking area. You’ll love my place because of the high ceilings, the views, the pool and the hot tub (open mid march and close right after the ballon fiesta by the end of October) , 4 br, 3.5 ba, spacious, 3,000 sq feet!. My place is good for couples, business travelers, families (with kids), and big groups.
