Perched right on the foreshore and overlooking the bay is Squid Ink Shack. A comfortable & spacious waterfront property with 180 degree views over the bay. It’s a peaceful & tranquil setting among the tall gum trees. Located in West Hobart, we are a short 8 minute drive to the Salamanca water front. Our 2 story house is nestled in a private bushy street, with amazing views of the Derwent River, South Hobart, Sandy Bay & beyond. The home is spacious and private, yet surrounded by (harmless) local wildlife. You will see many wallabies grazing on the property.
