Enjoy this private oasis directly opposite Berry Showground and pool. JindyAndy Homestead is set on 2 acres of gorgeous gardens within a rural country setting. It is off the road in a quiet location surrounded by trees and farm animals. It is an inviting, spacious 4 bedroom homestead. The Homestead is a perfect location to a few popular wedding venues by car such as, Butter Factory 1 min, Merribee House 4 mins, Terara House 6 mins and Terara Riverside Gardens 7 mins. The gardens at JindyAndy are spacious and it's a very peaceful location.

Oksana's Studio

We would like to welcome you to Oksana's Studio which is a newly renovated space with modern furnishings and fixtures. It opens onto a large and private outdoor living area where you can relax taking in the rural vista while having a BBQ or sitting by the fire after exploring the local beaches and national parks. The property is set in a peaceful, rural landscape with bushland and wildlife to explore. All within a short drive of Jervis Bay and surrounding areas.

The Little House

The Little House is a freestanding 1940’s wooden tiny house in our back garden. It has a private exterior bathroom located at the back of the main house. Our property was featured on the ABC program Escape From The City and is a uniquely cute piece of North Nowra history. The Little House has a private verandah and kitchenette. A complimentary light breakfast is included for short stays. There is also a fire pit.

Our self-contained apartment oozes contemporary country charm with all the comforts of home. Settle back on the Adirondack chairs on the rear porch and watch the rainbow lorikeets feed in the dogwood tree shading the private courtyard. Snuggle up for a cosy night in watching the latest movies on Netflix or wander just minutes into town to enjoy the many outstanding cafes, restaurants and shops Berry has to offer.
