The house is only 500m away from the next ski lift station and a short walk towards the city center. The whole house has been completely renovated in 2023. The apartment accomodates up to 10 persons, offers a private garden and a balcony, 3 lovely bed rooms, 2 bathrooms and a spacious kitchen and dining area. Parking is available directly in front of the house.

Chalet Hafling near Merano - Chalet Zoila

Ein Haus mit einer langen, spannenden Geschichte, das wir behutsam und mit großem Respekt ins 21. Jahrhundert geholt haben. Das Haus steht für sich alleine in Mitten der Natur: direkt unterhalb des Ski- und Wandergebietes Meran 2000 und nur 10km zur Stadt Meran. 170 Quadratmeter bieten Platz für acht bis zu 12 Personen. Der Garten ist sanft abfallend, gleich hinter den drei Lärchen, ca. 100meter entfernt, liegt unser anderes Chalet, das Chalet Leckplått. Private Bergblick Sauna.

Das Haus wurde erst im Frühjahr 2024 fertig gestellt und steht unseren Gästen zur Gänze zur Verfügung. Der Wohnbereich teilt sich auf 2 Ebenen auf und bietet Platz für bis zu 4 Personen. Bis 10 Personen können gemeinsam bei uns Erholung finden und dieses ganz für sich allein im Ferienhaus. Unsere 5 Schlafzimmer geben jedem einzelnen genug Platz und eine Möglichkeit zum zurückziehen.

Apartment "DUCHESS" ist sehr geräumig ( ca.110 qm), verfügt über zwei Schlafräume, 2Bäder ( ein Bad mit Badewanne / das zweite Bad mit Dusche ) und einen eigenen Garten. Das besondere an diesem Apartment ist die einzigartige Architektur eines 500 Jahre alten und sehr behutsam restaurierten Hofes.
