It is situated on a small farm with cattle and sheep. Guests enjoy sightings of kangaroos, wombats, echidnas, kookaburras & native birds. Local activities include trout fishing, hiking, kayaking, mushrooming, truffle hunts, Waldara weddings, sightseeing in the Blue Mountains, Jenolan Caves, Kanangra Walls and Mayfield Garden. Our guest apartment is a peaceful, bright, private space with undercover parking and entry from the carport. Situated in a quiet street in walking distance from Wentworth Falls Lake, and easy drive to all the main sights of the Blue Mountains. We have a luxury bathroom with a fabulous shower with a heated floor. There are also comfy chairs in the sitting room/ kitchenette. Reverse cycle air conditioning will keep you warm in winter and cool in summer. Note: we’re not set up for small children.

Rest in a self contained cottage in Bathurst. It's located next to the house originally built around 1950's. A stylish cottage with kitchen area, bathroom with a washing machine and a dryer, a queen sized bed, and even a sofa bed (which is normally a sofa, you can also use it as a double sized bed). Pls let us know in advance if you need to use it. 1 Car Off-street parking in front of the cottage provided. 1 block to a cafe, a few minutes drive to shops, Bathurst Golf Club and CSU.

The farm house provides comfort, warmth and privacy and is surrounded by 260 acres of stunning views. Suited to large families or groups. A fire pit under a billion stars in pure mountain air awaits you. Gold/gem fossickers can dabble in the creek and surrounding rivers in the area. A “treasure hunt” for the kids will get them out and exploring.

Maeve’s Cottage on Piper

You will be very comfortable in the Bathurst heritage precinct when you stay in our centrally located cottage. The cottage is a 5 minute stroll (i.e 3 city blocks) to the city centre including cafes, shops, pubs, clubs, cinema, parks and the Bathurst Memorial Entertainment Centre (BMEC). We have a high chair, change table and cot on request. Pets are welcome on request (subject to agreeing our conditions) at Maeve’s Cottage for an additional fee
