Back yard is shared with other guest and has several sitting areas and chimnea with firewood provided. Bethany Beach is a 10 min drive, Ocean City (145th st) is 20 min, Rehoboth-25 min. Relax with the whole family at our Cottage by the Canal! Our home is just under a 2-mile bike/scooter/drive to the beach/Bethany boardwalk. Our neighborhood is quiet and great for kids! We have a screened porch and a large backyard. Parking for up to 3 cars. Assawoman Canal is around the corner, and the canal trail is a short walk away. Close to many restaurants and a short walk to mini-golf and ice cream. Our HOA requires renters to be 25+.
