Tucked away in a manzanita grove and perched on a cliff with the river below, the space offers privacy, views, and close access to the river. This little yurt packs a big punch: kitchenette, comfy lounge chairs, queen bed, table, wifi and ceiling fan. And rather than being a dreaded experience, the attached bathroom with epic views is one of the best features!

Visit us at our redwood homestead to experience modern country living. Our cabin is nestled between tall groves on an acre of land just outside of town. We have chickens, a koi pond, fruit trees, and are surrounded by an abundance of wildlife. Both the National Park and ocean are less than a 10 minute drive away, making this the ideal spot to recharge in between adventures. Do you like hiking, surfing or maybe white water rafting or kayaking? Close to scenic rivers, giant redwoods and of course one of the most beautiful coastlines in the world. We are in a great location to catch a sunset, whale watch, take a stroll along the beach, search through the tide pools at low tide, or check out the lighthouse. All right across the street . So many possibilities! We are also in a prime location to watch fireworks on 4th of July. This is a bottom floor unit.

Enjoy a stylish but cozy cottage that is over 100 years old. Totally renovated with most modern conveniences, at this centrally-located place near downtown. Quiet neighborhood close to everything. Grocery stores, restaurants, shopping, Beach Front Park, the light house and the Harbor. All within walking distance. This is one of the oldest districts in Crescent City with craftsman style and Victorian houses. Charming. Bring your bikes, we have some great bike paths.

Gayle's Garden Cottage

A tiny house cottage set in a garden amongst the redwoods, surrounded by rhodies, maples, birch and apple trees. Beautiful in all seasons. The cottage is foam insulated and thus very quiet for a good night's sleep. I use fragrance free detergent on linens. The queen bed (3 layers of high density memory foam mattresses) is in a loft, accessible by an angled loft ladder with handhold cutouts (not suitable for infants or children). Nema 14-50 plug available.
