We found 7 1/2 acres here, on the Central Coast, with spectacular views of verdant trees covering rolling hills that reach all the way to the distant mountains south and east of Arroyo Grande Village. There are 4 bedrooms, a common space, a living room, 2 bathrooms, laundry room, dining room, balcony and outdoor patio. Our home has an electric fireplace & heater for the chilly winter season. During the summer it can get warm on the coast, we have ceiling fans & portable fans; we do NOT HAVE A/C.

Our cottage is a COST EFFECTIVE alternative to hotel rooms! It is single story for easy access, no common walls with a FULL kitchen. It has an outdoor yard for bbq and kids play. The cottage has one dedicated parking spot in the driveway. The parking space is limited so we are not able to accommodate oversized vehicles. Our cottage is 1/2 block to the beach and 2 1/2 blocks from the pier. It is located within walking distance of all downtown shops and restaurants.
