Located between Beaver Dam Park and Carburn Park steps from the Bow River bike and pathway in a quiet culdesac. Our newly renovated warm and spacious basement suite is ready for you! We are 2 minutes to Glenmore and Deerfoot Trail. Only 5 minutes to Downtown. You have a full kitchen with InstaPot, AirFryer and Coffee Bar. There is a dedicated work space/eating area, fireplace is ambiance only and WiFi. If you are looking to party please look elsewhere. We are excited to have you join our home.

This 1300 sq. ft. main floor house is nestled in the Chinook Park area, on a quiet cul-de-sac, minutes away from Rockyview Hospital (10-12 minute walk), Glenmore Reservoir, Heritage Park, Chinook Centre, Mount Royal College, and a 10 minute drive to downtown. You will have complete privacy on the main floor, however should you require anything, we are very accessible (owner occupied basement suite). There are discounts for weekly and month long stays that display once you enter in the dates.
