Cozy & Charming Guesthouse

A peaceful getaway that has been meticulously maintained and thoughtfully decorated. This private guesthouse is situated on 10 acres less than 5 minutes from downtown Bellville and just 5 miles off I-71. Unwind on the comfortable couch or one of the two outdoor spaces that have great country views. On the main level where you enter you will find a desk, half bath and washer/dryer. Upstairs is the main living space with a dining table, living room, kitchen, full bath, and spacious queen bedroom.

The apartment is a comfortable 2nd floor, one bedroom walk-up with cathedral ceilings and large windows for natural light. The carriage house is conveniently located a short walk from High Street with all of its shopping, restaurants, and nightlife, as well as a short walk to the Convention Center, North Market, Arena District, CVS and grocery.

We are a very small walk/ride to the Rails to Trails. This is a trail that runs from Fredericksburg to Killbuck (15 miles) perfect for bikes or walks.

It’s a quiet, comfortable retreat with easy access to everything YS has to offer. Plus, a pool (open ~May-Oct) and year-round hot tub!

Most days the noise dies down around 9pm*** Visit the small city of Perrysburg for a thrilling trip you’ll never forget. Experience the best that NW Ohio has to offer at la Casita del Sol in Historic District. This is a small studio space that will transport you to a quaint and romantic Mexican home whilst still reminiscing on the simple American town life.

Cozy Cabin in the Mountains

Cabin has a loft with a full & twin bed. There is a queen bed, full bath and kitchenette (microwave, coffee pot & mini fridge) on main level. Guests are welcome to use outside kitchen which has full fridge, gas, charcoal & flat top grill. There is also tables and outside shower on 15x40’ deck. The fire pit is great on those chilly mountain evenings. 10-20 mins. to historical Belpre, Marietta OH & Parkersburg WVA. Note: There is cell service in cabin but NO wifi. TV is antenna only.

We are just 1/4 of a mile away from W.W. Night Nature Preserve for morning or evening walks! We are conveniently located just 3 minutes away from the 75/I80 interchange with several stores and restaurants just 1 exit away! We love our military so ask about our discount after booking!
