Spacious, Cozy and Private

My wife and I own and live in the house, but the portion of the house we are using as Airbnb has a private house entrance, bedroom, bathroom, and living room area. As well as the use of a washing machine and dryer. We are 2 minutes from WalMart, 15 minutes from Okaloosa Island beaches, and 20 minutes from Destin. We have a coffee machine, microwave, propane grill, and mini fridge set up. We allow pets at a $50 additional charge and have a large fenced in back yard for them.

Welcome to “Sandy Thongs”, a completely updated, beachfront condo with a fresh new look, making it one of the most desirable properties on Okaloosa Island. Breathtaking sunrises, sunsets and gulf views await you. Sandy Thongs is equipped with everything you will need for your stay, including beach towels and beach service, which includes 2-chairs, and an umbrella setup daily on the beach March 1-October 31st. Less than a five-minute walk to a private beach in Destin, Florida! This Gulf paradise ground floor condo is DOG FRIENDLY. Located in the Chateau La Mer resort complex guests have access to a private parking space, heated pool, tennis courts, and private beach access. There is not an ocean view with this condo. This condo is 850 sq ft. It works well for a couple with up to two children. We do not recommend more than three adults staying at one time.
