Nature permitting, you can star gaze while soaking in the outdoor bath, spot the milky way, or our very own glow worms. 15mins drive to CBD and Eat street, Gondolas, Canopy Tours, Hobbiton approximately an hour away.

You just feel rejuvenated here. Stunning at Pukehina Beach, this property offers sunshine, sand and swimming on your doorstep with views to take your breath away. Okere Lakehouse Retreat

Okere Lakehouse Retreat is a stunning architectural holiday home, with breathtaking lake views inside and out and native bush and birdlife all around. Modern, spacious and private, the house accommodates up to 14 guests. The lake is a short walk from the house, via a private tree lined walkway (2 minute stroll). There’s even a dock for mooring your boat/jet ski. Explore lake Rotoiti on the kayaks provided or take the water taxi to the local hot pools. Rotorua is only 20 minutes away

The Big Little House

Come and make yourself at home in the relaxing lakeside village of Okere Falls. Enjoy our beautiful tiny home with easy access to the surrounding sights and Lake Rotoiti. Great trout fishing on the lake and river, cafe and beer garden just 2 minutes walk away, plus the iconic Okere and Tutea Falls walking track, where you may even see rafters and zipliners in action. Take an evening stroll to spot some of the best glow worms around, or simply enjoy the sunny microclimate of the front yard.

The Cabin - Fantail Grove, Hamurana, Rotorua.

The Cabin is located at Hamurana, in a 2 acre garden setting 350m from Lake Rotorua. Located 120 m from the owners house and is completely private. All around are Sugar Maples with ferns and native plants underneath which attract the fantails. Purpose built and architecturally designed in 2019 as a holiday retreat using passive home guidelines. The cabin is a 15 minute drive from Rotorua CBD, close to all tourist attractions while allowing you the peace and quiet of a luxury retreat.

Kotare Lakeside Studio

You won’t want to leave this charming, one-of-a-kind place. Right on the edge of the beautiful lake Rotoiti. Relax to the sound of the lapping waves and native bird song. Bifold doors open onto your private deck right by the waters edge. Park your boat/jet ski on the jetty ready for your next adventure AND you can even bring your fur child with you. Wytchwood Lake House is steps away from the lake edge - just follow the wide garden path down to the water. It is comfortably furnished, with a warm, cosy fire in winter and doors opening onto both front and back decks for summer. The sheltered back deck overlooking the garden is great for outdoor dining, while the expansive front deck overlooks Lake Rotorua, giving you great sunsets and night views of the city lights. The property is a 20 min drive from the city, down a shared drive.
