Let us welcome you to 100 Acre Wood, a historic farm and working cattle ranch. Owl's House is a private and stylish guest house nestled within the trees and garden and offers 180° views. Our farm store is stocked with our own TX Longhorn beef and pasture-raised chicken and eggs, plus curated with local products. Enjoy pastoral farm life and our private forest trails, or get out and play in the area's abundance of fine dining, wineries, seasonal attractions, outdoor activities, and entertainment.

Guesthouse Farm Stay

Come stay with us on our historic working farm! Relax on the back deck and enjoy views of our 12-acre property and peaceful pastures. For a more hands-on experience, join us for a tour to get a closer look at life on the farm. Established in 1739, our farm has a rich history in agriculture and livestock. The cozy studio-style cottage features an open living space with combined bedroom, living, and dining area, along with a kitchenette and bathroom with a shower for your comfort and convenience.

Authentic historical log cabin built in the early 1900's. It's easy to spend hours just taking in the amazing detail and character this cabin has to offer. First floor king bedroom suite in Ludington House, a historic home centrally located in the charming village of Old Lyme. Perfect for couples. Luxuriously appointed with California King bed, spacious kitchenette, bathroom and separate entrance. Private porch with view. Close to restaurants, beaches, art galleries and museum. Located in stunning historic mansion (location of film "Christmas at Pemberley Manor" 2018). Sorry - no pets, it will not work with our own pets. Guests must be 21 plus.

Water Forest retreat is a very private 122ft.² electrified and heated cedar octagon next to a brook on 56 acres of forest with a pond, waterfall, marsh and hiking trails. Cozy up in this quiet comfortable space while listening to Goldmine brook while you sleep.
