Outdoor seating and fire pit area. Parking for 6 vehicles. Well equipped kitchen, Central Air, whole house water filtration system. No parties with loud music, fireworks or events. 6 adults max and an additional 2 children under the age of 5 permitted, per our township ordinance. License #2026-56

You’ll love my place because of the location, the ambiance, Very quiet and peaceful but still very close to downtown. Tart bike trail is across the drive. By bike on the paved bike trail Downtown is 4 miles, and to beautiful Suttons bay is 12 miles. Amazing babbling Creek in the back yard with a fire pit that includes fire wood.

Seeblick Haus is a small vacation home for 4 people on a secluded, very private site in Northport. The open floor plan of the house is designed around the natural setting of the property and facilitates a 270 degree view of Grand Traverse bay and the surrounding orchards. Large windows offer the experience to be close to nature through all seasons and the wrap-around porch extends the living space to the outdoors.

Traverse City and Crystal Mountain are only 20 miles away and "The Most Beautiful Place in America" Sleeping bear Dunes is only 35 minutes away. Lost lake pathway is just a mile and half down the road which is great for hiking and biking!
