When you arrive you will see our Modern Cottage on Hicks Lake with 2 Guest Parking spots. Experience the Kayaks, Paddle Boat, Row Boat, Dock for Fishing(during Season license required) or Sitting with a glass of wine while watching the Geese and Bald Eagles, as well as a Firepit area for evening Smores . Newly renovated and cozy cabin on Offut Lake. A fifteen-minute drive south of Olympia, the lake offers year-round fishing for trout, bass, and perch. Sleeping arrangements include a King bed, a Queen bed, and a fold-out couch in the living room. The large backyard can be used for barbequing or just hanging out in the sun.
