This home is very close to Swansboro, NC, about 15 minutes from Emerald Isle Beach and about 20 minutes from Jacksonville, NC. The home is located in a quiet neighborhood providing a peaceful, tranquil environment, complete with a large fenced yard. A marina is less than one mile down the road and on the intercoastal waterway. The area is excellent for fishing and kayaking, and it has beautiful beaches for playing in the sand!

Home will be decorated for the holidays including a Christmas Tree and Outdoor Lights. Calendar is open for the next summer season- Pool opens May 1st for the season! Pool season-May 1- October 31. Located on Topsail Island our condo is in the heart of Surf City. Enjoy the small town feel and one of the best beaches in the state. Great ocean view condo walking distance to everything. Park your vehicle in the covered parking and walk the entire vacation. All rooms have water views. Metal detector and surfboard provided. Free Parking onsite, 2 minute walk to beach access.

This gorgeous property is nestled in the historic downtown Jacksonville area right in front of Riverwalk Park. Close to Camp Lejeune, Camp Johnson, and New River Air Station.
