You won’t want to leave this charming, one-of-a-kind place. Located in Historic South. I have 3 cozy rooms, The Sunflower Room, Orchid Room & Magnolia Room. Guests are invited to enjoy a light breakfast and coffee/tea. Snacks and home baked treats always available too! Enjoy the rocking chairs on the front porch! We are convenient to downtown, Seneca Lake, many wineries and breweries as well as amazing waterfalls and hiking! Restaurants within walking distance. Pets welcome! Kid friendly too!

Maxfield Inn, 1841 restored Mansion - Peggys Room

The Maxfield Inn is a newly restored 1841 historic mansion in the village of Naples New York. Its vintage ambiance on the inside, plus the beautiful picturesque mountains, trees and English gardens make it really spacial. Grand White pillars adorn the facade where guest can mingle on the front porch. Inside, the decor is adorned with area rugs, hardwood floors and vintage furnishings. A round sun porch is the perfect spot for breakfast. The bedroom is very small as it was a servants room.

Maxfield Inn, 1841 restored Mansion - Luther Room

Maxfield Inn is a newly restored 1841 mansion in the village of Naples, New York. Its vintage ambiance on the inside, plus the beautiful picturesque setting with mountains, trees & English Gardens make it really special. Grand white pillars adorn the facade where guests can mingle on the front porch. Guests have an option to order a full breakfast for an additional $40 per room per morning. Please let us know in advance of your stay if you would like us to prepare that for you!

Guest stays include gourmet breakfast for two.

Mountainside suite at Turtle Rock Hollow B&B

You won’t want to leave this charming, one-of-a-kind place. Located in the Finger Lakes region of New York State, perfectly perched for the best travel itineraries in the area. Turtle Rock Hollow B&B was constructed in 2023 and can offer a uniquely private stay. Secured, private suites, each with their own full bath, provide a cozy night's sleep. Guests can access common areas/use fire pits in the yard for cooking and bonfires. 1 of 3 suites available

Universal Friend Bed & Breakfast Bedroom 1

Decorated with antiques, oriental rugs over heart pine floors, paintings and miscellaneous antiquities. Full breakfast served on bone china. Relax in the living room in front of the fireplace and enjoy music from extensive collection of vinyl records (a few CD's too). Bring home a bottle of wine or some artisan beer and enjoy on the covered porch. The B&B is located in the Finger Lakes Region in near proximity to Keuka Lake.

Each of our five guest rooms is elegantly decorated and furnished for comfort. Enjoy a complimentary three-course gourmet breakfast each morning. Guests often take a relaxing stroll through the historic district with fresh coffee before breakfast. Walk to shops, restaurants, yoga, historic neighborhoods, and Canandaigua Lake. Unwind on the deck with a glass of wine or beer and meet fellow guests.
